Remove one connected account
- Sign in to Postbito and open Channels.
- Choose the account, then Remove channel.
Postbito stops publishing to it straight away. Posts already published stay on the network — delete those on the network itself if you want them gone.
Revoke Postbito’s access at the network
You can cut off Postbito from the network’s side at any time, whether or not you still have a Postbito account:

Open Facebook’s settingsSettings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove Postbito.
Open Instagram’s settingsYouTube (Google)
Your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services, then remove Postbito.

Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps, then revoke Postbito.
Open X’s settingsSettings → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services, then remove Postbito.
Open LinkedIn’s settingsOnce access is revoked, Postbito can no longer publish to or read from that account, and marks the channel as needing to be reconnected.
Delete your Postbito account
- Sign in and open Settings → Profile.
- Under Delete account, confirm with your password.
If you own a team that others still use, hand ownership to someone else or delete the team first. Cancel any paid plan under Plan & billing so you aren’t charged again.
Ask us to delete it
Can’t sign in, or connected an account through Facebook or Instagram and want its data removed? Email [email protected] from the address on the account (or tell us the network and account name you connected). We’ll confirm the request and complete it within 30 days, and reply when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Access tokens for your connected accounts, and their profile details.
- Posts, captions, schedules, ideas, approval notes and analytics stored in Postbito.
- Uploaded photos, videos and thumbnails.
- Your profile, team memberships and API keys.
Deleted data leaves our backups within a further 30 days. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires. Content already published to a network stays there until you delete it on that network.
